Codemasters Teasing DiRT 4

Or did their finger just slip?

Codemasters is known for two original series, above all else- GRID, and DiRT.

Of these, GRID just had a recent entry, GRID Autosport, which released on the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and PC. But now, it seems Codemasters is already looking ahead and starting to tease DiRT 4. Today on their Twitter, they tweeted just ‘4’ which was followed up right after with a tweet saying ‘Oops, sorry, finger slipped.’

A likely story, Codemasters. I see through your lies. I see through all of them.

DiRT 3 was released in 2011, so it’s high time for a new one, since, presuming a 2015 release date, it will be launching four years after the previous one; unlike GRID Autosport, which hit the Xbox 360 and the PlayStation 3, there is hope that DiRT 4 will be for PS4 and Xbox One, especially given Codemasters’ recent move towards the newer machines with their upcoming F1 game. Stay tuned for more coverage either way, though.
