There are a few videos roaming around the internet claiming that vehicles in Watch_Dogs do not have any sort of dynamic deformation or damage. But a user who got an early copy of the upcoming open world hacking game was able to post some direct feed screens of the PlayStation 4 version on Reddit.

The screens below show that Watch Dogs indeed has a dynamic damage model for the different types of vehicles. As you can see the amount of damage that your car takes is somewhat proportional to the kind of impact the car takes. For example a grenade launcher will cause more deformation compared to say a front on hit against a wall.

Watch_Dogs releases tomorrow on the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, PC and Xbox One. A Wii U version is also in the works and Ubisoft has assured that it is not cancelled and will be released at a later date.
