Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy

A strange puzzle is apparently doing the rounds courtesy of Activision. It’s an actually puzzle composed of 200 pieces and comes with the message “A little something to help you pass the TIME.” It’s also signed by “Your Favorite Bandicoot” which more or less confirms that it’s a Crash Bandicoot-related teaser.

When solved, the puzzle showcases a strange mask, which seems to be an Elemental. This isn’t the first time this mask appeared – it actually debuted in a PS4 video called “It’s Time to Play”. The mask can be spotted near Crash Bandicoot’s sister Coco, trailing her much like how the Aku Aku mask follows him.

All of this points to an upcoming announcement for the new Crash Bandicoot, which rumors indicated would be a remaster of Crash Bandicoot: The Wrath of Cortex. Interestingly, the mask isn’t one of the Elementals seen in that game. So perhaps this really is a brand new title and this new Elemental/Witch Doctor spirit controls Time or something else.

We’ll have to wait for more details so stay tuned in the meantime.
