Demented cops

Like I mentioned before, the AI here is not very bright, in fact the cops here are just not up to par, and do not offer the player any challenge, Why? Blame it on the AI. In this video, the cop just keeps on firing at Aiden, without moving or flanking him. It’s like he is just hell bent on killing him in that position.
