We all saw the Assassins Creed 4 glitch, where the boat would rise from the ocean, which was pretty creepy by the way. In Watch Dogs, there is a glitch very similar to this one, and it has the speed boat, just jumping right out of the water like it were dolphins, which would really scare the player in the process. Maybe Ubisoft used the same code from Assassins Creed 4?
