A very weird NPC

We get that NPC’s are scared of firefights and rowdy driving, but this NPC is very, very weird. This NPC bows in front of Aiden’s car and refuses to move. The player then pushes the NPC like a hockey puck with his car, and the the poor guy seems totally fine with it.
