Cronos: The New Dawn has multiple possible endings with trophies/achievements tied to the completion of each. While two are simple enough to acquire, the third will take some additional effort.
This guide for Cronos: The New Dawn is about how you can unlock all three of the endings to the game.
Ending A
At the end of the game, upon defeating the boss at The Clocktower, opt to “Shoot Him. End it here” when presented with the choice.
This unlocks the “I Am Free” trophy/achievement, for shooting the Pathfinder.
Ending B
This time, after defeating the end boss at The Clocktower, elect to “Spare Him. Let them go” instead, when making a decision.
This unlocks the “A Flicker of Hope” trophy/achievement, for sparing the Pathfinder’s life.
These two endings and their related trophies/achievements can be unlocked in quick succession by simply reloading a save created just prior to the boss battle.
Ending C
There’s no other option but to play through the entire game once more in New Game Plus in order to unlock this one. At the end of the boss battle, select the previously unseen “Begin Anew” option to get the final ending.
This unlocks the “Free For All The Scars” trophy/achievement, for saving both Weronikas.
Ending C is considered the best possible ending for the game.
