Crossing Souls

The 80s action adventure title Crossing Souls, developed by Fourattic and published by Devolver Digital, is set to release next week for PS4, PS Vita and PC. To help fans decide whether it’s worth their time, a new demo has been released on Steam. Head here to check it out.

The demo takes place in the opening hour of the game and introduces us to the main cast – Chris, Charlene, Joe, Matthew and Kevin. These five will become unlikely heroes when it’s revealed that their town is under threat. Players can also test out their different abilities in advance. The retro-esque pixel graphics also look exceptionally trippy so this is a good opportunity to see if it suits your palette.

The story sees the gang traveling between two different realms, unearthing a conspiracy in the process, and meeting cowboys and pirates. It also wouldn’t be an 80s title without synth-pop for that added spark. Crossing Souls releases on February 13th.
