It seems that the CryEngine 3 is going to be one hell of a tech. According to theisxthaxis, the latest Edge magazine, due out this coming week, Crytek discuss some of the features behind the engine, and in particular Sandbox 3 which can run both the PS3 and 360 versions alongside the PC version. Which means the code applied is common for all the three versions so there will be no ports for Crysis 2.
