Crysis 3 Mulitplayer Beta Trailer: It Takes a Predator

Rumble in the jungle with Crytek's upcoming FPS.

Crytek has released a new trailer for the mulitplayer beta which has currently started, highlighting the game modes and the Predator Bow that players can employ for their kills. Needless to say, it is mesmerizing.

Crysis 3 will be Crytek’s premier title for this year, besides one of the first mainstream games to showcase the power of CryEngine 3. Though due to release for Xbox 360, PC and PS3 in mid-February, CEO Cevat Yerli has talked about the game upping the graphical stakes just like the original and, to put it mildly, “melting PCs”.

The game certainly looks to be a return to graphical form, and multiplayer will focus on the same NanoSuit-powered athletics while throwing in the trademark deep jungles. Will it make a bigger mark than Crysis 2? That certainly remains to be seen.

In the mean time, ignore the sarcastic comments about buying an Xbox 360 to fully enjoy the game. Yes, seriously.
