One of the things that has stayed consistent throughout the marketing of Cyberpunk 2077 is that developer CD Projekt RED have tried their best to make the world of the game feel like a living, breathing thing. One of the ways they’ve done that is with music. We’ve already heard a couple of tracks from within the game’s world, and now we’ve got another.

“The Ballad of Buck Ravers” is a nice grungy tune that’s a bit of a throwback to old school garage bands with chips on their shoulders. In-game, this is more work from the chrome rock band SAMURAI, which was led by Johnny Silverhand. Johnny is the character being played by Keanu Reeves in the main 2077 narrative, who was a rocker/revolutionary. In reality, these tracks are being crafted by the very real Swedish band Refused, which you can read more about through here.

Cyberpunk 2077 is set to release November 19th for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC, with a Stadia version coming later down the line.
