Switch’s upcoming mech-action exclusive, Daemon X Machina, received a demo earlier in the year to give those looking forward to the game a chance to try it out, while developers Marvelous also put out a survey alongside it to get feedback from those who played the demo. Reception was largely mixed, and while there was certainly some praise, people criticized how rough the game felt.
With the game launching soon, the developers have clearly taken that feedback into account and improved upon the things that people didn’t like in the demo (it seems so, at any rate). Nintendo have now put out a new trailer that highlights all the improvements that Marvelous have made to Daemon X Machina based on the feedback they received for the demo. These include things such as camera tracking for enemies that you’ve locked on to (which you can now do with new equipment), enemies having visible health bars during boss battles, on-screen indicators to show which directions enemy fire is coming from, and more. Take a look below.
Daemon X Machine is out exclusively for the Switch on September 13. The game will also be receiving competitive multiplayer modes post-launch- read more on that through here.
