Dark Souls 3

From Software’s Dark Souls 3 will be receiving its first of two DLC on October 26th. Bandai Namco announced the news to various video game publications in Japan and confirmed that it would retail for 1,200 yen separately. The Season Pass including both DLCs for the game will cost 2,000 yen though.

The new content will include some new magic (ice magic was spotted), new weapons (including a fiery great sword) and a new map exclusively for PvP called Immortal Competition. Images for all of this were circulating in publications and you can expect official shots to appear in the coming weeks.

In the meantime, it all sounds cool at the very least though given the PvP shenanigans of Dark Souls 3 over the months, we’re still anxious to hear more about PvE content.

Dark Souls 3 is currently available for Xbox One, PS4 and PC. If you want to purchase the game’s Season Pass on Steam, then head here. Expect an update for the first DLC to be sold separately as we approach October.
