Darksiders 2 Wii U: Death Comes For All Again in New Gameplay Trailer

Death returns with an even greater vengeance than before.

We’ve talked about THQ’s declining fortunes, the overall low sales of the second Darksiders title, the grim future of the company and much more. But that doesn’t change the fact that Darksiders 2 is coming to the Wii U and still looks to be a damn fine game, even with the translation to a more “family-friendly” console.

Angels and demons are still warring over the pieces of the apocalypse’s aftermath, and Death still has to prove his brother War’s innocence by traversing to different worlds. In between, Death will need to resolve the spirits of the Nephilim and perhaps cut a giant or three down to size. The Wii U edition promises tons of extra content, along with previously released DLC and until-now unreleased director’s cut gameplay so it should be worth the wait when it releases on the Wii U on November 18th for North America and November 30th for Australia and Europe.
