Darksiders 3

The Windows Store is at it again with the leaked release dates. This time, it’s THQ Nordic’s Darksiders 3, the long-awaited follow-up in the Darksiders franchise. According to the official Windows Store page, the sequel will be releasing on November 27th. One would expect this to be the same release date across PC, Xbox One and PS4.

THQ Nordic hasn’t officially announced the release date for Darksiders 3. It hasn’t offered too much information on the game, even at E3 2018, the biggest show of the year. However, one would expect an announcement at Gamescom 2018, if not earlier now that the cat is out of the bag.

Darksiders 3 focuses on Fury, another Horseman of the Apocalypse who is on a mission to kill the Seven Deadly Sins. Unlike its predecessor, the world has been described as “one massive dungeon” where areas will seamlessly link together. Fury will be moving back and forth through this world, gaining more powers and ultimately taking down the Sins.

How the story connects to the previous games, in the long run, is still to be revealed but at least we won’t have to wait long to find out. What are your thoughts on the November release date? Let us know in the comments.
