Darksiders Genesis

Last year we got to see the successful revival of the cult favorite Darksiders series with Darksiders 3. The game was a slightly different take on the action-adventure franchise than the earlier titles, but was still a great game in its own way. Soon, the series will be back again with a new spinoff, Darksiders Genesis, and we’ve now got a highlight of one of the horsemen you’ll be fighting hordes of enemies with.

In a new trailer, we get reintroduced to War. He was the protagonist of the first game, and now he’s back to help out Strife in the action RPG. Darksiders Genesis will be a prequel, taking place before the events of the first game. It’ll make a nice compliment to play as the sword-wielding War alongside the gunslinging Strife.

Darksiders Genesis will release for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Switch, PC, and Stadia. To get a look at the game’s various edition, including one with a full board game, take a look through here.
