Dauntless

Phoenix Labs’ Dauntless has received its latest major update with Fortune and Glory. It sees players accepting new challenges under Lady Luck, specifically in the form of Trials. There’s also a new Hunt Pass with new cosmetics to acquire.

Trials take place on a separate island and involve fighting enhanced Behemoths. There are also environmental hazards and terrain shifts to worry about. Trials can be played on Normal or Dauntless difficulty, the former providing Steel Marks for purchasing new special attacks and weapon mods. Dauntless difficulty offers Gilded Marks for exclusive cosmetics.

The latest Hunt Pass celebrates the “High Skies” season and offers 50 levels to work though with various rewards to earn. Interestingly, this is only the first Hunt Pass for this season – a second Hunt Pass will arrive sometime next month. In the meantime, check out the trailer below to see some of the Trials that the new island presents.
