David Jaffe’s upcoming, striking looking PlayStation 4 exclusive shooter, Drawn to Death, has turned heads and generated discussion thanks to its rather unusual art style. The outspoken developer, who is behind previous PlayStation hits such as Twisted Metal and God of War, recently took to Twitter to showcase some videos that show the progress he has made on the game.

The first video shows the game in general development, while the second one shows off and highlights some animations in particular. It is pretty clear that in spite of how divisive the art style has been, Jaffe is pretty enthusiastic about it, and standing behind it- although it also means that this newest look at the game won’t convert you if you were not already sold on it.

Drawn to Death was announced at the PlayStation Experience in December. Hopefully, it will release some time soon this year, and not suffer a delay.
