Team Ninja and Koei-Tecmo’s fighter Dead or Alive 6 is now out worldwide, after a number of years of hiatus for the series. To celebrate its launch, Koei-Tecmo have put out a launch trailer for the game, showing its characters, setting up some of its story, and of course, showing glimpses of the game’s fighting in action. Take a look below.

Dead or Alive 6 is the first mainline entry in the fighting series on eighth generation consoles, with its predecessor Dead or Alive 5 having come out on the PS3 and the Xbox 360 all the way back in 2012. After having such a long break, fans will be curious to see how the series looks on its return- you can read our review of the game through here to find out.

If you’ll be playing the game on the enhanced consoles, you’ll be getting better visual options– on the Xbox One X, the game runs in 4K, however on the PS4 Pro, it runs at 1080p. If you’re playing it on PC, however, you’ll want to check out its system requirements through here.
