So yeah, as per normal programming, EA has announced the Dead Space 3 DLC which is said to be story based? Not sure. But they do say it features the franchise’s “darkest chapters”.
The DLC has been called Awakened, and could be something that could signify a new game in the series. We had earlier covered that the there were a lot of stories to be told in the Dead Space universe.
The expansion pack costs 800 MSP or $9.99 and will be available on Xbox Live, PSN and PC, after the game comes out.
“In Dead Space 3 Awakened, gamers will experience some of the most disturbing content they have ever seen in a Dead Space game,” said Steve Papoutsis, Visceral Games’ boss. “They are going to love it.”
The game came out today in the US and has received some good scores. Stay tuned for our review of the game.
