Since its announcement in September of last year, we haven’t really heard an awful lot about Deadly Premonition 2: A Blessing in Disguise, but that might be about the change soon. Earlier this year, the game’s publisher promised that new information on the title would be shared soon, and now we can narrow down what “soon” exactly means.
Taking to Twitter, Deadly Premonition 2 director Hidetaka Suehiro a.k.a. Swery65 confirmed while talking about the game that “something will happen next week.” That’s as vague as it could possibly be, but we can at least be sure that a new update on the game will be shared in the coming days- here’s hoping for a gameplay trailer, at the very least.
In the same tweet, Swery also provided brief updates on other titles that he’s working on, stating that besides Deadly Premonition 2 and Hotel Barcelona, he’s also working on two other games- The Good Life (which is “going well”) and another new project for mobile devices.
Deadly Premonition 2: A Blessing in Disguise is out for the Switch later this year.
