Rising Star Games has announced that Deadly Premonition: The Director’s Cut, the surreal action adventure game which debuted on the Xbox 360 and went on to achieve success, is now available on Steam Greenlight to be voted for. This means that users can vote for the game to be added to Steam for retail.

Managing director & COO of Rising Star Games Martin Defries stated that, “Steam’s Greenlight process is a first for Rising Star Games and there is nothing better than the cult hit, Deadly Premonition: The Director’s Cut, to make our mark on it. Rising Star Games is an extremely community-driven publisher and our vocal fans have been calling for a PC version of this game, so using Steam Greenlight gives those fans the chance to make a difference.”

Deadly Premonition: The Director’s Cut will feature even more content on top of the PS3 version, which includes a new scenario, enhanced graphics, a revamped control scheme, new DLC for the PC and Steam Achievements.
