Destiny 2 Curse of Osiris_03

One of the many things lost in the transition from the original Destiny to Destiny 2 was the Hidden Quests and Missions. Unlike the regular missions and adventures that you run into in the game, Hidden Quests and Missions were, well, hidden. This meant that you had to go out of your way to try and find them- and once you did, completing them would net you some great high level loot.

These are not present in Destiny 2– but they are planned to return to the game regardless. Speaking in response to a fan, Bungie game developer Christopher Barett confirmed on Twitter that Hidden Quests and Missions are slated to return to the series. We don’t know when they will come back (presumably they will be saved for the first major expansion, which will probably launch in September), but it’s good to know they’re on the way back nonetheless.

Destiny 2 is available now on PS4, Xbox One, and PC.
