Destiny 2 Xbox One X Support Confirmed

But no further details at this time.

Activision and Bungie have been mum about this for the quietest time, but thanks to The Inquisitr, we finally have a conclusive answer about whether or not Destiny 2 will be supporting the Xbox One X. The answer is- yes. Yes, Destiny 2 will have Xbox One X support after all.

What kind of Xbox One X support? Well, that’s actually harder to say, because no further details whatsoever were shared. I suppose that once the update for the game is out, we can, at minimum, expect better resolution, and maybe higher quality assets (and hopefully HDR support, this is a game that would benefit greatly from that)- but, again, this is all just speculation for the time being.

Destiny 2 is currently available on the PS4, Xbox One, and PC (with the PS4 version getting Pro enhancements, and the PC version being significantly better than either of the console versions simply by virtue of it being a PC version). As we learn more about Destiny 2‘s Xbox One X support, we will be sure to let you know.
