Destiny Age of Triumph is Live, Patch Notes Released

Let the celebrations begin.

Bungie’s Destiny has finally received its last event with Age of Triumph. The event sees raids like Vault of Glass, Crota’s End and King’s Fall along with PvE content like Challenge of Elders brought up to the current Light level.

What’s more, classic raid weapons like Vision of Confluence and Fatebringer have returned, both in regular and Adept forms (the latter being Exotic and having elemental damage). All the raids won’t be accessible at once though – one raid per week will be the featured “Weekly” with all challenges enabled. This week is Crota’s End, offering players a chance to earn new armour and Ornaments.

It’s also worth noting that the raids have changed. In Crota’s End, the Bridge encounter now involves getting five players across which then spawns six swords. Players will then take down five additional Gatekeepers and Hallowed Knights before progressing.

The full patch notes can be seen here and changes to health regen perks, weekly refreshes on all vendors and more have also been included in this update. What are your thoughts on Age of Triumph? Let us know below.
