Yesterday, Bungie pushed a live patch out for Destiny which was then followed by a period of scheduled maintenance. It was nothing serious though as revealed in the recent patch notes. The patch was simply meant to prepare for the delivery of Crimson Days Ghost Shells to Guardians who participated in the event.
During the Valentine’s themed PvP event, drop rates were notoriously low for Ghost Shells and this was compounded by the insanely low possibility of netting a 320 Light level Ghost Shell (which was the impetus for many to participate). Bungie addressed this concerns by guaranteeing 320 Light level Ghost Shells for players who had completed seven matches in the event. Suicides, unfortunately, weren’t counted.
The Ghosts should be reaching eligible Guardians on February 22nd or February 23rd. What are your thoughts on Crimson Days now that it’s concluded? Let us know in the comments below and stay tuned for more information.
