Destiny Iron Banner Control Returns on March 29th, 10 AM PST

Grind some gear before it's rendered useless on April 12th.

Before Destiny‘s April Update drops and brings some higher Light level gear to the game, Bungie wants you to embrace that Iron Banner grind one more time. Lord Saladin will be returning with the game’s level advantage-enabled PvP mode on March 29th, 10 AM PST and the default mode will be Control.

This time around, Iron Banner will offer the chest piece and gauntlets as gear while the hand cannon Finnala’s Peril and heavy machine gun Bretomart’s Stand. At rank 3, you’ll be able to purchase the chest piece from Lord Saladin; rank 4 offers the hand cannon, gauntlets and PlayStation-exclusive gauntlets for purchase while rank 5 allows you to buy the heavy machine gun. The same items will drop at their respective ranks as post-game rewards but it’s worth noting that they’ll have random perks.
