Destiny

As rumoured before (and seen on the app), Bungie’s Destiny: The Taken King will have challenges for its King’s Fall raid. After quite a lot of speculation, Bungie has outright confirmed on Twitter that challenges are coming to the raid, in both Normal and Hard mode.

“Challenges are coming to King’s Fall soon – both Normal and Hard. For now, we’re working on how they’ll reward you.”

As a follow-up, creative director Luke Smith – who worked to design the raid – revealed that the last three Calcified Fragments will be obtainable through these challenges. “Raid Challenges are not currently active. Final 3 Fragments are among their rewards. More info in several weeks.”

So if you’re looking to take a break from Destiny in the coming weeks, don’t worry – Bungie still has plenty of activities planned for you. The Festival of the Lost, the special Halloween event, is one such example. What are your thoughts on more challenges for the raid? Let us know below.
