Destiny Iron Banner

Bungie will be deploying a new update for Destiny today. It will be out at 10 AM PST and will prompt you to log back in and download the new update.

It was also revealed on Twitter that, “Iron Banner resumes 11/17 after the delivery of the NOV Update, with new reward systems.”

The update itself will make weapon parts purchasable by players with Glimmer after the last patch nerfed their drop rate significantly. It will also purportedly fix the drop rate of gear in both Iron Banner (a significant complaint last time around) and Crucible (always a complaint so who really cares anymore?).

Hunters can also look forward to using Quiver with their Nightstalker class, thus returning three shots to the class’s Super after the infinite Shadowshot glitch prompted its disabling.

Stay tuned for more information on the update and any other neat additions it brings to Destiny in the coming hours.
