Bungie hyped up the recent release of Destiny’s Rise of Iron expansion in its latest weekly update. Despite server issues at launch, the expansion is running smoothly and “millions” of players have already ascended to the status of Iron Lord.
As per community manager David “DeeJ” Dague in the weekly update, “Millions of Guardians descended from orbit to confront their own demons. They charged up the face of Felwinter Peak to take their rightful place next to Lord Saladin. Ever since, we’ve seen a ton of mountaintop selfies. With wolves. We told you not to pet those wolves!
Furthermore, Dague said that, “There are more episodes in store for you to experience.” What does that mean exactly? Well, the raid for Rise of Iron – it goes live at 10 AM PST later today.
