Another leak for Destiny was bound to happen, especially after leaked promotional materials confirmed that The Taken King would be the next big expansion. Now Kotaku has gotten its hands on more promotional materials for The Taken King which reveal even more on what can be expected. Take these with a grain of salt, though the site has been fairly good with its leaks recently.

The Taken King will apparently be a much bigger expansion than The Dark Below or House of Wolves. It will release in September 2015 and retail for $40 while providing a new enemy (The Taken), new Strikes and PvP maps and a new raid focusing on Crota’s father Oryx. It also seems that there will indeed be three new subclasses: a Void Gravity Bow for Hunters, Arc Electrical Storm for Warlocks and Solar Flaming Hammer for Titans.

This is more or less in line with Activision’s confirmation that Destiny would receive a major expansion in Autumn but September does feel a little too quick (especially since House of Wolves released less than a month ago). What are your thoughts on The Taken King and all the new stuff it apparently adds? Let us know in the comments.
