Destiny The Taken king

Bungie is going all-out to prove to Destiny fans and new players alike that The Taken King will offer tons of new content to sink your teeth into. A new trailer dubbed “We Are Guardians” has been released and along with providing a neat little summary of our triumphs till now, it also reveals some of the Taken War involving the Awoken and Oryx. Check it out below.

The developer wasn’t joking about new cut-scenes – some of these, especially involving the Awoken taking on Oryx’s fleet and suffering at the hands of the god himself, look incredible. There’s also the usual teasing of new equipment and areas, along with showing off the subclasses. Expect more information about The Taken King as August rolls on. For now, we know that you can’t ascend year one legendaries and Nolan North has replaced Peter Dinklage as the voice of Ghost.

Destiny: The Taken King is out on September 15th for Xbox One, PS4, Xbox 360 and PS3.
