Destiny Iron Banner

Bungie is still having some issues with PvP activities in Destiny. Despite Trials of Osiris returning last week, there were still reports of excessive lag and connection errors that led to its delay in the first place.

Whether the same issues have plagued Iron Banner or not, the even is seemingly on hold. According to Bungie on Twitter, “Iron Banner will wait for you, Guardians. We have work to do before it can begin.”

The Bungie Help Twitter offered a bit more information, noting that, “Destiny will be undergoing maintenance tomorrow 6/28/2016 starting at 8AM PDT. Expected completion is 2 PM PDT.”

Whether Iron Banner will go up once maintenance is complete remains to be seen. Regardless, this is one of the longer maintenance periods that Destiny has seen in a single day and it’s somewhat concerning.

Check back later when Iron Banner eventually does go live and let us know what you think the issues may be in the comments below.
