The weekly reset has come and gone for Destiny: Rise of Iron, which means new activities.

The new Nightfall this week is The Blighted Chalice with Epic, Berserk, Small Arms, Fresh Troops and Match Game modifiers active. Match Game makes enemies resistant to damage that isn’t the same element as their shields and the lack of flinch from Berserk makes staggering them tougher. Bring your best primaries and prepare to battle Taken.

The SIVA Crisis Heroic Strike playlist includes Heroic, Solar Burn, Specialist and Juggler modifiers. It’s not bad for Lord of Wolves or those possessing raid weapons with Solar damage. Just keep in mind that rewards cap out at Light level 385.

Though Iron Banner goes live later today, it’s the Challenge mode in Wrath of the Machine which should interest players. This week it’s Aksis, which we can assume is phase one of the final encounter. We’ll report back on the mechanics of the fight as they arrive so stay tuned for more information.
