Destiny Weekly Reset: Shadow Thief Nightfall, Terrible Challenge of Elders Modifiers

Oh, Trickle.

Destiny House of Wolves

The weekly reset has come and gone for Bungie’s Destiny, as usual, and it brings some new activities for players to complete.

This week’s Nightfall is The Shadow Thief with the Epic, Arc Burn, Brawler, Grounded and Trickle modifiers. It seems fine even if you take more damage while in the air but the Trickle modifier makes the recharge on your abilities painfully slow.

So why not throw that into the Challenge of Elders this week as well? The mode is no longer curated and has become completely randomized with its modifiers. This week’s is Solar Burn and Trickle with – drum roll please – Grenade Kills granting bonus points. Wonderful.

Finally, there are the Heroic Strike modifiers include Heroic, Small Arms, Exposure and Airborne. It’s a pretty good mix of modifiers for the farming man (or woman) in all of us. What are your thoughts on this week’s activities? Let us know below.
