Were you one of the few that thought Bungie would do something with Destiny’s Exotic vendor Xur on Thanksgiving? Well, bad news – they didn’t. Find the tentacle-faced Agent of the Nine in the Tower Hangar where he will remain till October 27th, 2 AM PST.
This week, Xur brings the gift of Immolation Fists (Titan gloves), Crest of Alpha Lupi (Hunter chest) and Voidfang Vestments (Warlock chest), each for 13 Strange Coins. They each have their uses – Immolation Fists improves the tracking on your hammers for Sunbreaker while Voidfang Vestments grants you grenade energy on respawn and an extra Axion Bolt charge.
The Exotic weapon for this week is Patience and Time, a Year 1 sniper rifle brought back with the recent April update. It’s an overall decent weapon with the ability to camouflage you when looking down the sights. At 23 Strange Coins, it’s decidedly average. The Legacy Engram for this week, costing 29 Strange Coins, is for Year 1 helms.
