The Exotic vendor Xur has returned to the Tower in Bungie’s Destiny. You can find him near the Crucible Quartermaster in the Vanguard Hall where he will remain until February 26th, 2 AM PST.
This week, Xur is carrying Twilight Garrison (Titan chest), Celestial Nighthawk (Hunter helm) and Claws of Ahamkara (Warlock gloves), each for 13 Strange Coins. Each of these is a top-tier Exotic, especially Claws of Ahamkara for Stormcallers since the nerf to Landfall make Impossible Machines a B-tier option.
The Exotic weapon for this week is Hawkmoon, an handcannon capable of delivering not one but two random bullets with extra damage. Thanks to the recent buff on handcannons, Hawkmoon is worth picking up. It retails for 23 Strange Coins. The Legacy Engram, costing 29 Strange Coins, is for Year One helms.
Xur is also carrying Heavy Ammo Synth x 3 for one Strange Coins, Heavy Ammo Synth x 10 for three Strange Coins, Exotic Shards for 7 Strange Coins and so on. Thoughts on his inventory this week? Let us know below.
