Exotic vendor Xur, who doubles up as a Strange Coin recycler, has returned to Bungie’s Destiny but this time he can be found in the Vestian Outpost of the Reef. He’ll be there till August 20th, 2 AM PST.
This week, Xur is carrying The Glasshouse (Titan helm), Sealed Ahamkara Grasps (Hunter gloves) and The Impossible Machines (Warlock gloves), each for 13 Strange Coins. The Glasshouse and Sealed Ahamkara Grasps are probably the best options especially since The Impossible Machines – which unlock Landfall in the Stormcaller tree for free – are less useful with Landfall reducing the overall length of the Super.
The Exotic weapon of this week is Bad Juju, an Exotic Pulse Rifle who’s key perk “String of Curses” increases damage for a short time while reloading the magazine completely. It’s a decent option for 23 Strange Coins though there are better PvE and PvP options available. The Legacy Engram this week is for Year 1 boots and can be yours for 29 Strange Coins each.
