Destiny’s Final Live Update is Age of Triumph, Initial Reveal on March 8th

Weekly raids and Vault of Glass Return teased

Posted By | On 03rd, Mar. 2017

Call Bungie the masters of stalling but it finally offered some information as to its next and final live update for Destiny. Dubbed Age of Triumph, it will go live by March end with an initial reveal planned for March 8th. Judging by the linked image in the article (seen above), it seems that Vault of Glass will finally be making the jump to Year 3.

Two more live-streams focusing on the weekly activities (March 15th) and an update to the sandbox (March 22nd) will also be held. The second image for weekly activities seems to hint at a weekly raid of sorts, which would answer some requests for a raid with modifiers like the Nightfall.

However, Bungie also announced that, “Destiny 1 power, possessions, and Eververse-related items and currency will not carry forward.” You can still use them in the first game but they won’t carry over to the sequel. Thankfully, it seems that your character’s appearance will carry over so good job on whatever monstrosity you’ve created.
