Destiny Iron Banner

Bungie’s Destiny sees the return of its end-game weekly PvP event with the Iron Banner. The game mode is Control this time around. Joy.

Lord Saladin brings some interesting gear to the Tower. At rank 3, chest pieces will be available; rank 4 promises the hand cannon Finnala’s Peril, gauntlets and the PlayStation-exclusive gauntlets of Iron Banner; and rank 5 is all about the heavy machine gun Bretomart’s Stand. The same items will be available as post-match drops in Iron Banner if you’re lucky but take note – they may not have the perks you desire.

You can check out the different stats and perks on the weapons here. Bungie will be hosting a livestream on Twitch tomorrow for its upcoming April Update so stay tuned for more information on that. New gear will be showcased – perhaps Iron Banner gear will receive an update in the process? Let us know what you think in the comments below.
