Bungie is heading to Anaheim, California next month according to its latest weekly update. This wouldn’t normally be noteworthy but Sony’s PlayStation Experience is taking place next month and it’s likely that some new Destiny info will be revealed.
However, don’t think it’s something major like Destiny 2. As per the update, “The particulars of our mission are still a mystery. We’ll cross that finish line soon.” This seems to at least hint at Sparrow Racing League being showcased, especially since it was seen at last year’s PlayStation Experience. The live event was available shortly after its PSX appearance and will likely close out the year of Destiny content.
The question is what changes we’ll see, especially given the reception to Festival of the Lost which locked many of its new items behind a pay-wall with micro-transactions. What are your thoughts on SRL possibly making an appearance at PSX 2016? Let us know in the comments.
