Destiny’s Weekly Heroic and Nightfall is The Will of Crota, Triple Burn Active

Greet Omnigul with the fury of a thousand elemental bullets.

Destiny The Dark Below

Destiny’s weekly refresh has come and gone and though the Iron Banner won’t go live until later, there is a new Weekly Heroic and Nightfall for players to attempt. “New” is somewhat of a misnomer seeing as you’ll be facing Omnigul in The Will of Crota strike (exclusive to The Dark Below expansion).

However, triple burn is active this time around. This means that Solar, Arc and Void damage are greatly increased from all sources. Be careful though – this means that enemies will also deal increased damage with these weapons (not to mention the brutality that elemental melee attacks can have). Epic is also in effect, meaning heavily shielded enemies in greater numbers, and Nightfall ensures that your whole team returns to orbit if killed in a Darkness Zone.

For the Weekly Heroic, players will encounter Heroic (great number of enemies) and Solar Burn. Seeing as how none of the Hive deal Solar damage (and Wizards rely on Solar shields, aside from Omnigul), players will have quite the time in destroying enemies. Beware of the Fallen and their Shrapnel Launchers though.
