Bungie’s Destiny has just experienced its weekly refresh, meaning there’s a new Weekly Nightfall and Heroic to attempt.

Oddly enough, this week’s Nightfall is Winter’s Run, which was the Nightfall two weeks ago (before last week’s Will of Crota strike). Even stranger, triple burn is active once more. This means damage from any Solar, Arc and Void source is greatly increased. While this provides suitable means to kill enemies, it also means you’re at a risk since they also benefit from increased damage. The Epic modifier makes for more heavily shielded enemies in greater numbers and of course, the Nightfall modifier means the mission is over if your entire fireteam dies.

For the Heroic strike, the Heroic and Void Burn modifiers are in effect. So while you’ll have tough enemies, they won’t be shielded. You still need to exercise caution against the Minotaurs and Hyrdas in the strike.

What are your thoughts on this week’s Nightfall? Let us know in the comments.
