Detroit: Become Human is Quantic Dream’s Biggest Launch Ever

Detroit: Become Human‘s critical reception may have been a bit mixed, and the game itself mired in controversy due to the heavy handed way it deals with sensitive themes, and because of the allegations raised against David Cage in the lead up to the title’s release, but it looks like none of that had any affect on the game’s performance in the end.

Speaking to French YouTube channel JeuxActu, Quantic Dreams’ David Cage revealed that the game has become Quantic Dream’s biggest launch yet- which is truly surprising, given that the game’s debut in the UK was unexpectedly soft. It seems like the rest of the world has picked up the slack on that front, then.

Fans of Detroit and David Cage will also be pleased to know that the team is currently working on several projects at once- which means, hopefully, that their next game might not be that far off. Detroit: Become Human, meanwhile, is available now, exclusively on the PS4.
