The Devil May Cry series has never really been among Capcom’s biggest sellers, but the franchise’s last release continues to sell significantly better than any of its predecessors.
Devil May Cry 5 has crossed 10 million units sold, Capcom has revealed via its updated Platinum Titles page, which lists up-to-date sales figures for all of the company’s games that have sold over a million units. Specifically, Devil May Cry 5 now stands at 10.1 million units sold as of March 31, with its original release having sold 9.1 million units to date (having sold an additional 200,000 units in the January-March quarter) and the remaining 1 million units coming from the Special Edition re-release.
Capcom has also revealed updated sales figures for multiple Resident Evil and Monster Hunter games. Read more through the links.
