Capcom has updated its Platinum Titles page, which means fresh sales figures for a number of its catalog titles. As you would expect, that has meant Resident Evil grabbing headlines once again, though other major Capcom titles have fared well as well. Devil May Cry 5, for instance, continues to enjoy steady sales.

The action title has, in fact, sold over 8.4 million units worldwide as of June 30, a little over five years on from its launch. As of earlier this year, the game stood at 8.1 million units sold, which means it has sold an additional 300,000 units over the course of the April-June quarter.

In our original review of the game, we awarded it a score of 9/10, saying, “It might have small flaws, but Devil May Cry 5 is like a fine meal; it deserves to be savored, and if you do you’ll likely want to re-experience it. The fact you might see everything it has multiple times over in doing so is just a bonus.” Read the full review through here.

Devil May Cry 5 is available on PS5, Xbox Series X/S, PS4, Xbox One, and PC.
