Diablo 3: Reaper of Souls is already available for the PC, Mac and even for current and next gen consoles but what’s even more interesting is the content patch 2.1 that was going to add tons of new content to the game. It’s been in the works for quite a while and now, it will finally be available today for United States users.

What are some of the new features that the content patch will add? Among other things, Seasons mode, two new zones with The Vault and Cesspools, ladders and leaderboards, new items, Greater Rifts and much more. Though Blizzard Entertainment has talked about updates and patches arriving for the consoles at the same time as PC, it may take some time for content patch 2.1 to arrive for PS4, Xbox One, Xbox 360 and PS3.

Thus far, Diablo 3 has been a major success for Activision with over 20 million units shifted for all versions thus far. Let us know what you think about content patch 2.1 when it goes live for you in the comments.
