Digimon World: Next Order is out now on PC and Nintendo Switch. The game is available digitally through the Nintendo Switch eShop and Steam. Check out the launch trailer below.

Digimon World: Next Order puts players in the shoes of one of two characters—Shiki or Takuto. As a DigiDestined, the player has to solve a mystery revolving around restoring the natural order of the Digital World. Players will have to explore the Digital World in order to find a way to stop the chaos of Machinedramon’s rampage.

The game features an expansive roster of over 200 Digimon to collect, befriend, and train. Players can enhance their bonds with Digimon through training, feeding, and Digivolving.

Digimon World: Next Order also brings with it quite a few quality of life changes, including a new running ability that allows players to move through the game’s world at 1.4 times the normal speed. New players can also make use of the new Beginner Mode difficulty level, which ramps up the general difficulty of the game at a more gradual pace.
