ZA/UM’s Disco Elysium – The Final Cut finally released yesterday, both as a PS4, PS5 and Stadia title and a free update for PC owners. Despite strong critical reception, it’s had a number of issues. The developer has been quick to address them and announced that patch 1.2 is incoming for all platforms.
The patch will address problems like locations and interactables not working, fixed items failing to load and various issues with VO. It will also allow for a better controller and interaction experience. Though a release timing for the patch wasn’t provided, it should be soon.
Disco Elysium – The Final Cut is pretty much the “definitive” version of the award-winning RPG, providing a fully-voiced story, new characters and a new area to explore. It also contains three new Political Vision quests and new clothes. An Xbox Series X/S version is also in the works so stay tuned for more details in the coming months.
