NIS America have announced that Disgaea 4: A Promise Revisited, the enhanced remake of the fourth game in the Disgaea series, will be releasing in North America and Europe on August 12 and August 29 respectively exclusively for the PlayStation Vita; the game will be available both digitally and at retail across all territories.

Disgaea 4 will feature all the content from the PS3 version, as well as all the DLC, and new content made from the ground up exclusively for the Vita version of the title, that add brand new scenarios, fleshing out the backstory of all the game’s characters a little more. Players of the game can expect the great cast from the original release, a charming graphical artstyle, deep and compelling gameplay, and the series’ trademark sense of humor.

Disgaea 4: A Promise Revisited will be out on the PS Vita later this year. Stay tuned to GamingBolt for more coverage and information on the game, and let us know what you think in the comments.
